Your ArchivesSpace instance will be accessible at a public URL like the following:

http://yourname.libraryhost.com

This name can be changed later if necessary. Additionally, if you'd like to host your instance at a custom domain, we can do this free of charge at any time. Please let us know in the Instructions field below, and our staff will contact you to provide assistance.

Your order will be processed within 3 business days.

Billing terms

Recurring subscription

After you submit your purchase, your credit card will be charged within 3 business days for your first term of service. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged monthly/yearly for the amount shown on the order page.

Because we believe in 100% straightforward pricing, no processing or setup fees will be charged.

The amount shown on the order page will be the exact amount of the charge placed.

Free Trials

We take your billing information up front for our free trials, but you can cancel at any time before your trial ends and you will not be billed. If you cancel after the trial ends, you will be refunded according to our standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation

Should you decide that you no longer require service from LibraryHost, you can cancel your account at any time, and any unused portion of your service contract will be refunded.

We will stop billing you the day you request account cancellation, though the actual process of cancelling your account will take up to 3 business days. Any refund due will be calculated from the day you requested to cancel your account.

Please note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1 to 7 days to be processed.
